Add an extra layer of protection to your cantilever gate system with Acu-Trac safety components designed to improve performance and reduce risk around moving roller assemblies.

Acu-Trac rollers are manufactured from UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene). This material is extremely durable, weather-resistant, and quieter than traditional cast or steel wheel systems.

Each roller features sealed, grease-less bearings mounted on a corrosion-resistant 303 stainless steel shaft, secured within a precision-machined heavy-duty aluminum casting. The system attaches to posts using 1/2” steel U-bolts for secure installation.

Our roller system delivers industry-leading strength:

Vacuum molded from ABS plastic making a hard durable cover that conforms to the shape of the roller and covers all of the moving parts of the top rollers. The guards fit over the stainless steel shaft and secure in place over the casting using a 9 gauge tie wire for easy installation.
