How the Acu-Trac Roller
System Works
Acu-Trac roller systems are manufactured specifically for the fence industry for use on cantilever gates. The system was developed to provide a stronger, quieter, and lower-maintenance alternative to traditional cast or steel wheel assemblies.
Each roller assembly is built using durable materials designed to perform reliably in demanding outdoor environments.
Construction Details
Acu-Trac rollers use UHMW polymer wheels, stainless steel shafts, sealed greaseless bearings, and precision aluminum castings to create a durable roller assembly designed for long-term performance.
Mounting System
The roller system mounts to a 4″ O.D. gate post using heavy-duty aluminum brackets secured with steel U-bolts.
