Acu-Trac roller assemblies are available in several configurations designed to match different cantilever gate systems and mounting styles.  One set is required to do one gate instal.

One set equals 4 assemblies and 2 covers included.

• 1 ea. Heavy duty cast aluminum precision machined base, strongest in the industry.
• 1 ea. 6” Diameter precision machined roller made from UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene graphite impregnated) for strong, smooth, quiet operation.
• 1 ea. 1 1/8” Diameter precision machined stainless steel shaft.
• 2 ea. Sealed roller bearings.
• 2 ea. 1/2”-13 Threaded round u-bolt with hardware.

AT-4CVR Cantilever Gate Roller Cover

Vacuum molded from ABS plastic making a hard durable cover that conforms to the shape of the roller and covers all of the moving parts of the top rollers. The guards fit over the stainless steel shaft and secure in place over the casting using a 9 gauge tie wire for easy installation.
